Sunday Night Yoga and Meditation (very gentle – suitable for all)

Welcome to our Sunday night Yoga session.
In this class we will do a very gentle 45 minute laying down yoga sequence followed by a 45 minute meditation.
The meditation will have a short led beginning and then a good period to settle into our own practice and self guide.
This class is suitable for all levels and will be spacious and restful. Sunday nights are one of my favourite times of the week to practice.
We can process and put to bed any worries from the previous week and enter the new week revitalised and ready for the joys/challenges awaiting us.
I will schedule this for a month and see how we get on.
