Gentle Yoga with Daniel

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until 30th June 2021
This is our gentle yoga series.
We take a slow exploration of the body. Working from a laying position and mobilising ourselves all the way to standing. These sessions although slow give us a chance to deepen our connection to our breath and eat our bodies into the day.
Please be ever mindful of your bodies and never push anything to strain. We want to leave these sessions feeling refreshed and relaxed.We will be working on our Asana, Pranayama and Yogic meditation. The classes are going to be 60 minutes.
All levels are welcome to this class.
