Hatha Yoga with Daniel

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday and Friday, repeating until 31st October 2020
This is our gentle yoga series. Currently being held on a Monday and Friday at 1800. And Wednesday and Saturday at 1030.
We are back at the studio and I can’t wait to show you all.
There will be students in the room with me so there may be additional breathing noises etc.
Please be ever mindful of your bodies and never push anything to strain. We want to leave these sessions feeling refreshed and relaxed.
We will be working on our Asana, Pranayama and Yogic meditation. The classes are going to be 90 minutes but you are free to leave as you need to. I will try to make sure we have time to connect after the class, we shall see how this shapes up.
All levels are welcome to this class.
