An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday and Saturday, repeating until 19th July 2020
Welcome to our Dynamic Flow sessions.
These are 60 minute classes with a focus on flowing Asana and Breath.
They are challenging classes as we aim to build heat and strength through our postures and flow sequence.
As always be ever mindful of your bodies. Take rest when you need and never push anything to strain.
When there is physical challenge present we have to give greater care and attention to our breath and alignment. We must discern what is beneficial from our practice and those times our ego overrides good information from our bodies. As we are not in the same studio my ability to support is limited to my instruction. A greater level of self care is needed and you will have to judge what is appropriate for you. I am always here if you have questions.
