Tuesday Evening Sit with Alistair
Join Alistair and the Mindsprings community for a meditation session in the UK evening-time. The subject matter of the meditation changes according to the teaching cycle we’re in but you can fire a question to the community in your activity stream to find out what we’re looking at.
The sessions are roughly divided in half. 45 minutes of practice (some lying, some sitting, some standing) and then 10 minutes discussion in smaller groups and a longer discussion in the big group.
Everyone is welcome and I’ll endeavor to guide so that beginners can feel at home.
