Alistair’s Meditation Session (UK Evening)
Join Alistair and the MSPS community for 45′ of practice followed by 45′ of discussion in small groups and together.

We follow cycles of teaching so you can ask what we’re practising at the moment with the email to the right or a post on the MSPS site. The community will keep you informed.
The practice session usually involves a short warm-up of pranayama (breathwork) or energy work followed by a longer practice done lying down or sitting up (or a bit of both). Alistair guides us through this.
Then there is a chance to catchup with other community members or meet new meditating friends before coming back together as a larger group to discuss the practice and explore meditation.
